A Letter From Dr. David Ryan
Thank you for choosing me as your family doctor. I hope this letter finds you happy and healthy.
I am writing to inform you of an upcoming change in your health care at the Rivercrest Medical Clinic. After much thought I have decided to leave the province to be closer to my family. Please disregard this letter if you are not a regular patient of mine. Your care at Rivercrest Medical Clinic will not change.
As of July 1, 2021, I will no longer be available to you as your primary care physician. It is very important to me as well as to the Rivercrest Medical Clinic that you maintain continuous health care. Your medical record will remain at Rivercrest Medical Clinic .
Though I am sad to say goodbye to you, I have complete trust and confidence that my Family Medicine colleagues at Rivercrest Medical Clinic will continue to provide you with outstanding care. Currently we are searching for a physician to take my place. Until we find someone, you are welcome to book with one of the existing Family Physicians at Rivercrest. Should you choose a physician outside of Rivercrest Medical Clinic, your medical records can be transferred to the physician of your choice.

Please continue to call the Rivercrest Medical Clinic at (780) 569- 5030 to schedule an appointment, or to ask any questions you may have regarding this change. If you have ongoing healthcare concerns, please know that I am still at Rivercrest Medical Clinic until the end of June, and available to you and your new primary care physician.
